Kimono Yukata

Kimono Yukata is a type of Japanese cultural clothing, generally known as Kimono.
Yukata is considered as a Kimono Summer and it is the most casual Kimono.
Although Kimono has replaced from everyday clothing to ceremonial clothing, Yukata is still the most kind of Kimono and worn by many foreigners and Japanese today. The factors for its popularity are probably because it is simple to wear, requiring fewer items, relatively affordable, and requiring simple rules to follow.
If you are interested in Kimono Japanese, Yukata is forever the best one to begin with.
Here is what you may need to know before buying a Kimono Yukata.
Fabric
If you already begin to search for Yukatas, you might have come across with Yukatas with satin like fabric. Those are not Yukatas Japanese. There were some silk yukatas back in a day anyway, linen, cotton, polyester merge are the ones we see today.  So watch out for glossy satin like Yukatas. Sure, please note most of the Kimono Yukata in the market today are patterned in the foreign nations Japan made fabric under Japanese firm supervision. I would still considered this kind of Japanese Yukata authentic since they are distributed to Japanese market and worn by lots of Japanese just like other Yukatas Made in Japan.

Item Need
Unlike all other kinds of Kimonos, the number of items you will need in order to wear a Kimonos Yukata is just a few.
•    Koshi Himo
•    Yukata
•    Geta (Sandas for Kimono or Yukata)
•    Obi (Pre-tied Obi or Hanhaba Obi)
The further items you could use:
•    Kichaku Bag (little hand hold bag for Yukata)
•    Obilta / Maelta (Flat Plate used to make the Obi look perfect)
•    Erishin (Piece of collar to make the collar shape perfect)
•    Kanzashi (Hair Piece)

Design
Kimono Yukata shapes are all the same. It is not like European clothing where there are turtle necks, round neck, v neck, long sleeve, short sleeve, improve fit to skinny fit. So enjoy the styling by selecting the design and color you love!

Dressing
One issue all Kimono beginners may face is to dress the Yukata. Happily, Yukata dressing is not as hard as other kinds of Kimonos because you do not have to wear layers of Japanese Kimonos and also you don’t require much dressing items. Anyway, it will not like the European clothing where you just have to put your arms, head, legs, and ready to go.
